Allstate Names Fiato Executive Vice President and Chief Claims Officer

Allstate named Mike Fiato executive vice president and chief claims officer.

Fiato will oversee the strategic and operational direction of the claims organization, which employs more than 16,000 employees globally and handles more than 6.5 million claims annually.

Fiato has more than 32 years of industry experience.

Most recently, he was executive vice president and chief claims and service officer for Liberty Mutual’s U.S. Consumer Claims organization.

Prior to Liberty Mutual in 2017, Fiato worked at Progressive. where he started his career as a claims trainee and advanced to become general manager of their Midwest region.
