Great, great advice for dealing with a set-up from attorneys who are more interested in fees than helping their clients.

I am now on my fourth surgery , due to a dental medical malpractice disaster.

My question is, I have paid to date all out of pocket to surgeon , Dentist, Etc.

My Attorney asked opposing Counsel for the Med Pay.

the Butcher Dentist insurance company agreed to pay.

My attorney claims that $ 10,000.00 goes in to a trust fund.

My medical bills paid to date are way beyond that small sum granted .

I have not seen a cent .Because my Attorney claims I have paid the Doctors. True, however it has caused a real hardship on every level in 13 months this has been going on.

Do I have a right to receive the Med Pay?

    Thank you

Sounds like greedy insurance companies want to make sure they don’t have to do what’s right.

I fired my Attorney 30 days into his representation of my personal injury case for failing to respond to me via phone, email, or voicemail but the Attorney turned around and did this with my car insurance company. The Insurance company did just as described and without questioning or even notifying me they cut him a check and exhausted my med-pay. This was Shelter Mutual Insurance out of Missouri.
