Sentry Insurance Launches Mobile Claims Risk Management Application

Sentry Insurance, a national mutual insurance company, released a mobile version of its risk management solution at the 2013 RIMS Annual Conference & Exhibition in Los Angeles.

Sentry Insight Mobile provides an improved, customer-focused way for businesses to receive claims information on any smart phone. Risk managers and company insurance professionals have access to claims information, tasks and customizable claims-related alerts anywhere, anytime.

“We take pride in our reputation for exceptional service and customized solutions,” said Dan Revai, Sentry vice president of National Accounts. “Sentry Insight is a tremendous informational tool to assist customers in managing their risks and containing claims costs.”

Sentry Insight Mobile is a smart and easy way for customers and insurance brokers to gain immediate access to information that will help them better manage claims. “Faster access to meaningful data will save customers both time and money and help brokers enhance the service and support they provide to their clients,” said Revai.

Developed after extensive interaction with customers, brokers and risk management professionals, the web product was launched last year. Following its success, Sentry Insight Mobile was developed as a companion to the web-based solution.
