It’s too bad that this “Customer Satisfaction Claim Guarantee” policy doesn’t apply to your homeowners insurance policies. I have both auto & home insurance policies with All State. My home caught fire on Jan. 9, 2012. To date, 3/5/12, almost 2 months later, I’m still waiting on the structure and contents adjusters to release their reports so that the renovation can begin. I understand that everyone’s trying to do more with less now a days, but if you’re in the “Customer Satisfaction” business then it would seem to me the you would have some sort of contingency plan in place for occasions like these when your adjusters are overwhelmed with claims. I wonder how “Satisfied” you would be if you were displaced from your home and were forced to endure this rate of service. Better yet, as in our case, if they had a home base business and could not service your customers until you were back into your home and were forced to contend with such service. It’ll be interesting to see how long we debate over the dollar value of the “total loss” we suffered. What are we talking another month or more? At this rate, we’ll be lucky to be back in our home before the start of this coming winter. Customer Satisfaction Claim” guarantee? Not hardly!
