Claims management and information provider Mitchell International, Inc. reported it has acquired Vancouver, Canada-based ClaimTools, a digital camera and photo management system designed to improve auto collision shop operations.
ClaimTools manages collision-related photographs so shops can visually document the repair and improve communication with insurance partners and parts vendors at any stage of the repair process.
Mitchell plans to integrate ClaimTools with its new RepairCenter, which it will introduce next month.
