so why are we as a taxpayer being charged the $2.5 million? it was not my idea to show him to the public. that should be charged to the estate for a public viewing. wonder how much the arena is getting paid for their share of the event? i know that the tickets were given for free. folks were smart to get tickets and turn around and ebay them. make some money out this. granted, he was the king of pop, but for other great actors, we did not do the same. of course, most others would rather have a private service.
i hope they give a bill to the estate instead of the taxpayers, because california is already in a crunch for money.
