Wouldn’t MJ have to take some kind of physical before the policy was issued? I read that he hadn’t done that before he died. I also read that he didn’t want to do 50 concerts, only 10. Lucky for his fans he didn’t die on stage.

I’m betting his death was a homicide. Some of his doctors are going to be in big trouble.

Because when sweet Farah died and went to heaven, St Peter asked her what she wanted most and when sweet Farah replied “for all children to be safe” within seconds MJ had died.

Interesting the AEG is confirming that coverage exists for accidental overdoses, since they were the ones who provided the junk to keep him medicated for AEG’s performances.

Gosh, there ought to be a law…

You don’t “advance” $40-$50 million dollars against a risk like this. It was pure speculation. I hope some underwriter at Lloyds gets his *** kicked for writing this coverage without any due diligence to assess Jackson’s health.

These are smart business people. They know you don’t promote a Michael Jackson return tour without protecting your assets with insurance. And I am sure Lloyd’s knew what they were getting into. They will be lucky if many people opt to keep the tickets.

So much for all the health benefits of sleeping in a hyperbaric chamber.

Enough Already. Applaud his contributions to the entertainment world and plant him. He wasn’t a god and his personal life was a disaster. Fortunately, it’s over. I wonder if the NAACP is going to reimburse the state of CA for the $2.5 million dollars in added security to protect whacko’s fans from rioting. I think we all know the answer to that one.

What does the NAACP have to do with his fans? You do realize that Michael Jackson’s fans were all races and nationalities. Sometimes reading this board makes me embarrased to be in this industry. I wonder when I run into some people at conferences whether they are the same people posting racist and sexist emails. Ignorance is bliss.
