Oh? I didn’t realize Princeton and Yale were publicly funded schools. Can NE1 apply — and will they take old, umm, experienced, insurance people too?

The Ds were the masters of obstruction under Bush and they abused it. It wasn’t right than and it would not be right for the Rs to block Sotomayor because they disagree with her stances. She is not my cup of tea, but I respect BO’s right to select a judge with her credentials.

Look at her decision in Didden vs. Village of Port Chester. She’s a real threat to all of our freedoms. She has no respect for property rights or any other freedoms for that matter.

Please read the Didden case. It makes the Kelo case appear to be benign.

This woman is a threat to everything for which stands this country and its founding principles. She isn’t qualified to sit on any court. Her whole career is one affirmative-action aided so-called accomplishments.

Typical for so-called liberals, she’s an authoritarian- totalitarian-minded jurist. Conservatives are the true proponents of liberty.

With the record of reversals cited here, included some by the US Supreme Court and at least a unanimous reversal, it is a wonder that she is even being considered. She has clearly demonstrated she does not have the requisite command of law or respect for our constitution. Additonally, her recnet comemnts brand her a racist. She has no place on the Supreme Court of a democratic republic. Her view appears more banana republic in nature and that is where her opinions will lead, and where Obama’s misguided polices are already leading.

Much worse, look up the case entitled Didden vs. Village of Port Chester.

Get ready for the beginning of the police state. Funny, libs/Dems complain about Cheney who worked to protect our freedoms and safety from wacko Islamists, but cheer Castro/Chavez/China type law makers who want to control their property and all of their behavior except for the right of abortion. Inconsistent hypocrits, all of them.

I goggled that case. If the blogs are accurate, that is sad. Rs and Ds would agree on that one.

I don’t like eminant domain to begin with, but that case was very extreme.
