L. Martin Fagan has joined Crawford & Co. to serve in the newly created role of chief marketing and business development officer for the organization’s U.S. Property & Casualty segment.
Fagan will lead all sales and marketing efforts for the business unit. He will focus on realigning the unit’s sales team and creating targeted marketing programs to continue to increase revenues and further enhance client satisfaction, said Kevin B. Frawley, CEO, Property & Casualty – Americas. Crawford’s U.S. Property & Casualty segment offers a wide range of property and casualty adjusting and related services to employers and insurers throughout the United States.
Fagan has held a variety of executive positions in sales, marketing and product development and has produced significant growth in both revenues and operating margins throughout his 30-year career. He comes to Crawford from the LexisNexis Risk Information and Analytics Group, where as vice president of enterprise sales he led sales for strategic accounts in several critical vertical markets, consistently delivering double-digit revenue growth.
In executive and management roles with other companies, Fagan helped realign and expand distribution networks, managed field marketing operations and developed and implemented successful brand positioning and marketing plans.
