Marines at a North Carolina base will receive safety reminders for the federal holiday observance of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.
A statement from Camp Lejeune said a winter safety fair was to be held on the base.
The fair is intended to give Marines information about “operational risk management, emergency procedures, and off-duty safety with an emphasis on vehicle and motorcycle safety.”
Events at the fair include a beer-goggle course to show Marines the effects of drinking alcohol.
