Eileen Hale has been named Director of Quality and Field Operations of Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF).
Tampa-based AF, the largest arbitration service organization in the country, resolves more than 475,000 inter-insurance company disputes annually, with a claim value of over $2.3 billion.
Eileen will assist with the planning and development of new member-driven programs and quality improvement projects as they relate to AF’s short- and long-range objectives.
Hale has 25 years of claims and management experience, most recently as director in the southeast region of USAA. She started her career as a field adjuster with The St. Paul Companies and held positions of increasing responsibility with Erie Insurance and Fireman’s Fund before joining USAA in 1989.
As director at USAA’s southeast region, Hale was responsible for delivering member service and financial results for auto third-party injury. Immediately prior to this, she led the Quality and Compliance Department, where she was responsible for quality assurance, adherence to company procedures, and compliance with state regulations for nine southeastern states.
During her insurance career, Hale has held a variety of positions in claims and sales. Her claims experience ranges from personal lines auto and homeowners to professional and commercial liability.
