Well now that I’ve gotten all you people to hear about the “FBIC” I’ll go to another webb sight and do my thing. My ultimate goal is to let the little people know about the “FBIC”. The comment about it being ran by attorney’s is funny. Keep in mind if you complain to the insurance commission, they tell you to call your state legislatures and guess what most of them were before—–attorney’s. I can quote what the “FBIC” says all I want. The only good thing I’ve seen Erie do lately is hire Terrence Cavanaugh. The “FBIC” had the company that he came from as the best company to get insurance. Hopefully, he’ll bring the strategy to Erie.

    Your very welcome caveman,

Always glad to put what the “FBIC” is saying out there. Anyone who wants to know how the “FBIC” rates your carrier, just google it. By the way, have any of you upset people fought with the “FBIC” and won. I doubt it. If so, give me the case number, I would love to read it.

    Yours truly

Per the FBIC: Insurance attorneys know that Insurers most frequently attempt to deny claims for any reason they can. Furthermore, when an Insurer acknowledges that a claim or lawsuit is covered by the insurance policy, it most often attempts to underpay a claim.

Site should have a direct link to various public adjuster firms since so many of the big bad insurance companies seem to be in biz just to rip people off.

You’ve got it wrong. The “FBIC” gives the 50 best good faith companies, too. Erie is just on the bad faith insurance list according to the “FBIC”. Anyone who wants to form an opinion just pull the web sight up. It’s not mine. I just know Jeffrey Ludrof, the former CEO, lied to the insurance commission on paper and I can prove it. You can’t argue that one. Just ask all the Katrina victims what they think of the insurance companies that covered them in Louisiana. I’m sure they were oh so kind to them. I know one adjuster that quit the insurance company he worked for because he couldn’t take what the company he worked for was doing to the victims. So, until you’ve been there done that–get out from behind your insurance desk and try and help people. Again, google “FBIC” and see where your carrier is rated with them. You might be surprised.

I help plenty of people from behind my desk! I help lots of people when I am not working!

Greg I am sorry you got burned by Erie. Here in PA I would have gone straight to the Insurance Dept. if Erie tried to burn me on a claim. The PA Insurance Department stands behind the insured and the law. You do not want to be answering to the PA Ins. Dept., that is for sure.

If you believe the FBIC about most companies being in the business to scam people, you are mistaken.

Listen there is one Insurance Company I hate to bits – it is Allsnake. They make me wanna throw up = their stupid ads, now those are complete lies, good hands, good grief. Allsnake never got a chance to rip me off — I knew too much about them not paying claims, lousy employment practices, etc etc.

I hope you can get things squared away with yourself and Erie, I really do. Good luck.
