Newton, Mass.-based claims technology firm Innovation Group reported final shareholder approval of the acquisition of Choice Certified Solutions, a network of water mitigation and general contracting services.
The company also launched the Innovation Property Managed Network of contractors providing mitigation and structural repair services, along with partnerships with building supply networks. The network will provide coverage in six states with nationwide coverage planned by the end of 2008.
