Rue Paul has a better chance. Ron Paul might be the best choice but there is no way Americans will vote for the kind of dramatic change he represents. Notice how the biggest issues – immigration, gay marrieage, health care, unwed mothers (40% of all children born in America today are illegitimate) nobody talks about. Too divisive, too polarizing, too not PC. Show me a true leader, in thought and deed, over the last 20 years.
Its in part becasue of people like you though, you have to step up and vote for him. You have to lead by example, thats all you can do.
With the electoral college, your vote doesnt even matter most of the time, so you may as well vote for the person you actually want. If ron Paul got a few million voted in the popular votes then the person who wins might actually have to listen him.
Gay marriage shouldnt even be an issue anyway, Republicans used this unimportant issue to win votes from gay bashing ignorant people that otherwise would have voted Democrat.
I am not sure I agree with Ron Paul and the dramatic changes he represents. In spite of how the media tirelessly tells us how bad we have it, a gallup poll really tells the true story. 80% of Americans are happy, as they should be.
So it seems odd to me that any candidate would run on a campaign of change. Americans want a few things changed, but for the most part don’t really want change. Why would they? Almost all Americans have health insurance, 70% own a home, there is zero unemployment, and illegals are starting the backward migration home. That will help regarding jobs and health uninsured.
