Siesko Partners, a corporate insurance and risk services firm, has opened its doors to serve insurance brokers and their Fortune 2000 clients. Siesko Partners will partner with brokers to act as a major and complex claim resolution resource to be brought in as early as possible in the claim filing process.
When a policyholder client approaches their insurance broker to evaluate coverage and file a claim, the broker typically recommends a costly law firm. This begins an adversarial process which causes policyholders to accrue significant expenses disputing the terms and conditions of their contractual agreements.
Involving a firm specializing in major claim resolution reduces legal fees, lessens the chance of long drawn out litigation and serves to maintain an amicable relationship between policyholder, broker and carrier, says Siesko Partners.
In addressing insurance brokers, David Siesko, former Chief Claims Officer for Zurich Global Corporate and founding partner of Siesko Partners explained, “We work with you and your client to develop a recovery strategy with current and past carriers. We make sure your clients’ claim submissions accentuate their strengths and manage any weaknesses in the early stages of the claim process. We supplement your expertise and bring to the table another tool to make the recovery smooth and successful. This is a long overdue modernization of the insurance industry.”
