Shelley Boyce, chief executive officer of MedRisk, Inc., has been named to the board of directors of the Workers Compensation Research Institute (WCRI).
A nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy research organization, WCRI’s members include employers, insurers, insurance regulators, and state administrative agencies in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand as well as several state labor organizations.
The institute’s board of birectors is elected by the membership. Boyce joins executives from companies that include AT&T, Gallagher Bassett, The Hartford, Liberty Mutual, Marriott International, and Travelers.
Boyce founded MedRisk in the early 1990s. The company provides workers compensation medical management programs and claims services.
