Today I came to your office and I have submitted my material to the congressman. I am requesting a personal meeting to further discuss and elaborate on this issue when the congressman returns to California. I am asking that the congressman request and support a congressional hearing to look into why residents of California are being abused with no real over-sight or consequence. Initiate, carry and support Federal legislation to amend the Federal Arbitration Act that when fraud is involved, healthcare or any insurance case cannot be arbitrated, but rather must be heard and adjudicated in a court of law.
