Travelers Launches Customer Risk Control Site

Travelers has launched a risk control customer Web portal, a one-stop shop for businesses with questions about risk control, at www. riskcontrol.com.

The site not only highlights the products and services Travelers Risk Control offers, but also provides risk control information, including news alerts that could help prevent losses and even save lives.

The Risk Control Web site features a virtual tour about the capabilities and services that Risk Control provides – including a tour of the Travelers laboratory – as well as links to emergency preparedness information, Risk Control’s risk management database, education and training classes and current Risk Control newsletters.

The site now provides a new “secured” customer resource center, which gives registered users access to Travelers’ database of risk control materials, as well as the capability to customize searches to quickly find information specific to an industry or topic. The site features a variety of checklists, technical bulletins and supporting resources along with a list of alliance vendors, industry links, newsletter archives, training courses, and links to laboratory materials and information.
