Merrill Appointed President of ICS Merrill

Examination Management Services Inc. has appointed David Merrill as president of its investigation services division, ICS Merrill, effective immediately.

Merrill, who most recently held the role of senior vice president and general manager after the merger of The Merrill Group with International Claims Specialists, has been a recognized industry leader in developing innovative, value-creation solutions. He is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur who began his career as an investigator, formed his own company and, most recently, has been a driving force in ICS Merrill’s impressive growth and development as one of the largest investigative services firm in the country.

Merrill will continue to be located at ICS Merrill’s headquarters in Jacksonville, Fla, and report to Mark Davis.
