Travelers personal lines, a member of St. Paul Travelers, has positioned its Catastrophe Response Team, including five Mobile Claim Headquarters, custom-built RVs designed as mobile insurance claim offices, in the areas hardest hit by Hurricane Katrina.
These vehicles are equipped to immediately service policyholders who have experienced a loss, initiating the claim process and even issuing checks on the spot. Locations are as follows:
