ACE USA Names Ramsey Head of Claims

ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of The ACE Group of Companies, announced the appointment of Paul Ramsey, executive vice president, to lead the ACE USA Claims unit.

Ramsey will have overall responsibility for the ACE USA Claims unit and will report to John Lupica, president and COO of ACE USA.

With more than 30 years of claims experience in the property and casualty insurance field, Ramsey joins ACE USA from St. Paul Travelers, where he most recently served as senior vice president, Claim Field Operations.

He has held numerous senior leadership positions in claims operations with St. Paul, Reliance and Travelers.
