Who misrepresents risks routinely, like an environmental contractor as a HVAC contractor and Plumber, lie to the insured that pollution is covered in the GL, and who when found out by the carrier who swiftly dumped the misrepresented risk, then go ahead and steal your proposal with a BOR because they haven’t a clue where to go with it or how to write it.
