Ketch to Head Crawford & Company’s CMS Sales Force

Crawford & Company announced that John Ketch has been named national sales manager for Claims Management Services.

Ketch, who began his career with Crawford in 1995 as a multi-line
adjuster, most recently served as the manager of the Richmond, Va. branch.

Previous Crawford positions include adjuster-in-charge, Casualty and Vehicle Services supervisor, and branch manager in Akron, Ohio. In addition to his duties at Crawford, Ketch was also a boarding officer and pollution investigator for the United States Coast Guard Reserves from 1991 until 1999.
