Crawford & Company announced the appointment of Thomas Carstens as vice president, Property Services.
In his role Carstens will be responsible for the integration of service delivery for all property services within the United States. Additionally, Carstens will serve as a member of the Global Technical Services Advisory Board.
Carstens, who joined Crawford in 1979, has a strong property services
background including experience as a property and casualty adjuster in Joliet, Ill.; property general adjuster and supervisor for the Chicago area; Midwest region supervising general adjuster; and the Chicago Property Center manager.
Since 2000, Carstens has been vice president of Crawford U.S. Global Technical Services.
