All I can say, is thank goodness Bush won. Clinton had the opportunity to have Osama Benlauden and he said “no thanks”. If he had, then there would not be a 9/11 and there would not have been an “Iraq”.

You are right, Clinton can only do interns great!

Concerned Citizen, It is so nice to hear such positive comments instead of bashing. We are all entitled to our opinions and political beliefs, however, we are one. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL.

First of all Brian, if you knew anything about Kerry, he was strongly opposed to immediate withdrawal of troops in Iraq. This was evidenced in many speeches, polls, etc. Secondly, the American people are all hypocrites. Who in this country actually has morals enough to base their vote on it? At least 80% of the men who voted for Bush and against gay marriage have sat at home getting off to lesbians but God forbid they love each other and want to join in a civil union, THAT IS IMMORAL!!!!! This makes me sick. We have resorted back to the 1950’s ideal where we put a veil over our eyes instead of dealing with reality of the lives we all live now. This isn’t a free country if we are told how to love or have religion thrown in our faces. Seperation of church and state, ever heard of it? Bush can now relax at home for 4 more years cleaning his guns, calling gays faggots, putting women’s lives in jeopardy by outlawing abortion (they will do it anyway, just illegally and unsafely), and then have the gall to post the Ten Commandments in federal buildings as if he is God. You call these morals? I call it fence swinging Texas hick mentality. And for those of you pulling the Terrorism card, it will happen whoever is in office. It is our President’s duty to keep the death toll down whatever happens, not concentrate on the dollar signs involved in war.

    Brian,

I commend you for your resolve. Big brother must be watching our scared friend.

It is shameful that so very many in this election thought only about those few hundred extra dollars they may get in their wallets instead of the lives lost of our compatriots and those for which our administration claims to be fighting.

By the very essence of the administrations lead (by God), we are again turning this mess into a crusade against Muslims. Do you think that we gain us influence in the world? How many times has w – used with a lower case letter b/c that is all he is worth- actually sat down with someone from outside his skull and bones group to negotiate objectively an issue? I think not much!

Let’s break it down where nearly every person can understand the great leadership void we now have… w traded away Sammy Sosa when he led the MLB Rangers because he saw no potential…What is Sammy doing today, other than leading the hapless Cubbies?

The country is divided deeper than ever and is spinning out of control with four more years of, “we are going to stay the course…” of certain American death.

Another four years is right! What in the world will happen next under this Bush administration. Bush can’t find Osama can’t find jobs, can’t start to reduce the deficit, can’t rebuild issues happening right here in teh US, yet alone in another country, CAN WE PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PRESIDENT. You’re blaming Clinton for terrorism..?? Maggie there is no such thing as absolute or complete security no matter how you look at it. To say there would not have been a 9/11 is ludicrous.

So, I’m guessing you’re a lesbian who hates God, beleives the ten commandments don’t matter (even though they are ENGRAVED into the stone work of the supreme court building with MOSES holding them)and actually thinks Kerry was going to allow you get married and live happily ever after.

If you want to talk reality Luciana, then how about the reality of a quality life with Parents, and morals that we left behind 60 years ago? Was that an illusion, and we are just now realizing your “reality” and becoming aware?

More likely, you and the liberals are desperate to get us to accept that your immoral lifestyles are normal.

They aren’t. The parts just don’t go together. Never have, and never will.

DONNA FOR PRESIDENT in 08! Well said.

We should be proud we live in a country where we ALL have a voice that can be heard. Our voices were heard and now we should all strive to show the world why and how Democracy works. Kerry articulated this in his speech today. Let the healing begin. He knows what a great Country this is and wants us all to go forward. Hopefully after all this settles down, he can now have more of a voice to make some of the changes he talked about during his campaign.

If you are that ashamed of the industry you are in the get out. Wait, you’re not really that ashamed when you pick up that nice fat check huh? Didn’t think so.

No mess is insurmountable. We got over the mess left by Kennedy and Johnson didn’t we? We worked out of the black hole the Carter years left us in right?

Get a grip. Be thankful that after a contentious election we have civil order, not strife.

And I suppose since I believe in African American rights I am Black too. I AM HUMAN SO I BELIEVE IN HUMAN RIGHTS. For your information I am a heterosexual, but since we are making assumptions on people’s opinions I assume you are a HOMOPHOBE. Don’t be scared, you will never have to see your eccentric neighbor kiss his boyfriend in a wedding ceremony, Bush would not allow it. Who says we were more moral 60 years ago? We were the same but it was covered up. OPEN YOUR EYES. And the next time you stop at a peep show don’t forget to say your Hail Mary’s going to bed that night.

We managed to spend the surplus we had when Clinton left and increase the debt to levels higher than Reagan. It’s interesting how Republicans always say that Democrats are tax and spend liberals, yet Bush has spent more and borrowed more than any Democrat.
