I can’t believe Bush got four more. I am looking forward to 2008. Finally see a women run for president about time. She can’t do any worse then Bush. I would have felt sorry for Kerry if he got elected. People would never have given him credit for anything. Bush can fix the mess he got this country into. He did a lot of damage to us in the last four years lets see how much more he can do!

How could one feel that Bush had done a poor job protecting America when the terrorist regimes that attacked us are now defunct. What did any Democratic president (Clinton) do after NUMEROUS attacks on America? The answer is NOTHING!! It’s about time we took a stand, and ended the threat of terrorism (whether on our soil or overseas) that has plagued America for years.

My one question. If Bush is a conservative, what happened to the concept of a balanced budget? Republicans call Democrats tax and spend liberals. Republicans are tax cutters, spenders, and then borrowers to make up the lost revenue. They never cut expenses to offset the revenue losses.

How can Bush keep waging a war without a means to pay for it? Every other wartime president had to pass a war tax.

I pity the person who has to clean up this mess in four years.

If you are dead from bio warfare, will you really need to worry too much about the economy?

I think God did help us. My question is how Kerry was planning on paying for everything he promised….or maybe us poor working stiffs would be getting the bill. I am happy to have a president who believes basically that people should help themselves rather than having the government expand and expand to take care of us all.

I’m not paranoid, but realistic. Face it, there is nothing we can do to stop a terrorist using conventional wartime methods. The only way to eliminate them is to develop underground intelligence sources and get to them before the become too well organized and financed.

If we proceed on our current track, we might as well attack Syria, Iran, and Saudi Arabia all at the same time. Each of these countries finances and harbors terrorists.

We can’t expect these arab countries to think and act like us. Freedom does not seem to be one of their major issues.

What does the result of this election say about the American voters? (1)We were intimidated by the Bush fearmongers, (2) We are selfish isolationists who don’t care how the US is viewed in the world that extends outside of our boundaries, and (3)We aren’t smart enough to choose the more intelligent candidate. Frankly, I’m embarassed for us.

I agree. Stupid people get scared based on unreliable evidence.

Isn’t that us who has to pay for the government spending?
