BSA Names Downing Claims Supervisor of Champaign, Illinois Office

Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. (BSA)., an employee-owned company that provides claims management and loss control services to employers and employer associations with self-insured and large deductible programs for workers’ compensation and other casualty lines headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., recently named Lori Downing as a claim supervisor in the Champaign, Ill., office, effective October 19.

In her new position under the supervision of Luca DeVecchi, claims manager, Downing is providing guidance and supervision for claims adjusters and support personnel. She assists in maintaining client satisfaction and resolving issues. She also coordinates and attends client meetings and in-services, as well as presenting information about the claim process and handling marketing calls.

Prior to joining BSA, Downing was a claim specialist/technical claim supervisor for Cannon Cochran Management Services (CCMSI) in Danville, Ill. She holds an adjuster license in Texas, Kentucky and Oklahoma.
