Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. (BSA)., headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., recently employed Susan White, of Freeport, Ill., as a claim specialist, according to Jeff Pettus, president and chief executive officer of BSA.
In her new position, White is responsible for reviewing, processing and handling workers’ compensation claims, as well as determining the compensability of claims and extent of liability.
Prior to joining BSA, she began in the insurance industry as a claim adjuster for Western States Insurance, where she was employed for 10 years. White also previously worked for General Casualty/QBE Insurance for 17 years.
White holds a Texas claims license, an INS Certificate, as well as an associate in claims and associate in insurance designations.
