CARSTAR, a national multi-shop operator network (MSO), announced a new location in the Chicago region – CARSTAR Friendly of Roselle.
Owned by Randy Yockey and managed by Eric Schmit, the shop is located at 333 E. Irving Park Road in Roselle. Yockey is expanding the automotive complex that includes the dealership and a QuickLane Tire and Auto Center.
The new location will benefit from the CARSTAR Management System, which provides resources to improve key business metrics such as cycle time, participation in it’s 19 corporately managed DRP programs, and improved purchasing power from 45 corporately managed purchasing programs.
“Randy Yockey is leading a trend we are seeing around the country, as auto dealers are joining the CARSTAR network to expand and enhance their collision repair services,” said David Byers, CEO of CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts. “We are thrilled to welcome Randy and CARSTAR Friendly of Roselle as our newest top-notch collision repair center in the Chicago region.”
