A fire truck was stolen from the Greenwood Township Fire Department in northern Minnesota – and the alleged driver was later arrested for driving while impaired.
The Mesabi Daily News reports Sunday that officials with the fire department had gone out on a call early Saturday, and returned to their fire hall northwest of Tower to find the fire truck missing.
St. Louis County Sheriff’s officials found the fire truck in Cook. The 25-year-old driver was arrested on charges of theft of a motor vehicle and driving while impaired.
