W.R. Berkley Forms Technology Operating Unit, Appoints President

Berkley Technology Underwriters, LLC will offer coverage worldwide to the technology marketplace, including property, casualty and professional liability on both an admitted and non-admitted basis, announced W. R. Berkley Corporation.

Matthew A. Mueller has been named president of Berkley Technology Underwriters. Mr. Mueller has more than 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, including over 25 years focusing on risks in the technology sector.

Berkley Technology Underwriters, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, will write business on behalf of W. R. Berkley Corporation member insurance companies.
