North Dakota’s First Court Hires Ladendecker

Emma Lazo Ladendecker, J.D. has joined North Dakota-based jury research firm First Court Inc. as a major claims director.

Ladendecker was formerly with ACE American Insurance Co. and Tokio Marine and Fire Insurance Cos. She brings more than 24 years insurance industry experience to the team, specializing in major claims exposure with respect to products, premises, transportation, construction, and employer liability.

First Court Inc. founded in 1989. The firm now assists some of the largest law firms and insurance carriers in the United States.
