A barn fire in Bellevue has caused $350,000 worth of damage and left a fire fighter injured.
Firefighters were called to the residence of Paul Fahey at about 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday after a report of a fire engulfing a barn with an attached horse arena.
By the time firefighters arrived, the barn’s roof had collapsed, making it difficult to extinguish.
Authorities say no livestock was lost in the blaze, but one firefighter injured his hand.
The barn and its contents, including a pickup truck, a car and two tractors, are a total loss with damage estimated at $350,000.
