Federal prosecutors said six men went off-roading in the Black Hills National Forest last month, causing more than $1,000 in damage.
A federal grand jury indicted the men for harming government property and prohibited use of vehicles off-road.
They are accused of disturbing land and vegetation at Johnston Gulch on June 15.
Charged in the indictments are Ryan Heggem, Kyle Burg, Drew T. Fredricksen, Nicholas Sukstorf, Kirk I. Jenkins and Brandon T. Schmidt.
