Latitude Subrogation Services, LLC, appointed Jacqueline S. Benson as president. She now retains responsibility for all aspects of the business including strategy development and implementation, operations and business development.
Benson joined Latitude in 2006 as vice president, organizational performance. During the past year she led the organization through significant process redesign and the design and implementation of Latitude’s premier subrogation recovery technology solution.
Prior to joining Latitude, Benson served as managing partner of Collaborative Change and Learning Network, LLC, an organizational development consulting firm. With more than 25 years leading growth and change in organizations, she brings experience from the utility, automotive, education and home health care industries.
