Diederich Acquires Doctors’ Financial

Diederich Insurance Agency of Carbondale, Ill. today announced the holdings acquisition of Doctors’ Financial Group, Inc. of Denver, Colo. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Doctors’ Financial Group, Inc. offers medical professional liability services for their physician and surgery center clients throughout the West, with specific emphasis in Colorado and Wyoming. J. Farland Bottoms, CLU, Ph.D. and his associates will continue to operate out of the Denver, Colorado location as a Regional Headquarters of Diederich Healthcare, a subsidiary of Diederich Insurance Agency, LLC. As part of this acquisition Bottoms has been appointed vice president of operations for Diederich’s North Central region which includes Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

Diederich Insurance Agency, LLC is a privately held insurance brokerage with offices located throughout the United States. The organization provides all lines of insurance and specializes in delivering professional liability insurance to over 13,000 healthcare professionals located throughout the United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
