She has caused so much pain and deception to teh people that she meets! I know who turned this loser of a person in and i applaued them hugely! They deserve a medal or at least something for being sush a good citizen!!!
Hey good one Einsteins, who wrote the last two comments. Actually Mrs. Anania is a very decent person. If you read the court case, the doctor is the one who made the mistake in writing the forms which she got a couple extra checks. She stated that she thought and was told by the doctor which she trusted that it was for back pay. If you checked the doctor out, he is not practicing medicine anymore due to some unsavory practices and misleading forms.
So I take it that the person that turned her in per se and the one who had given praise (meaning the one who wrote: HA HA and RE: HA HA) must have a vendetta against her and either don\’t care research the information or blatantly believes guilty until proven innocent.

I use this case as an example with my students to demonstrate that employers more often are the fraudulent parties in insurance scams than the employees that they pray upon. This case is a classic demonstration of the employer using the employee to shift \”suspicious funds\” from their pockets to the pockets of an innocent party. The fact of the matter is that the employer suffered no “real” damages compared to the victimized employee; again, this employer will open another establishment and resume business in underhanded insurance claims while the employee will be charged fraudulent acts.
I agree, Jesse, that before posts are made in regards to another person’s character in legal proceedings, the POSTER should better think about the embarrassment he or she causes themselves by spouting off misleading information in attempt to damage another person’s reputation. I find the posts cowardly, insipid, and irrelevant.

It is about time this witch got caught. She has gotten away with so much over the years that it is unbelievable. She has used every single person that she has ever met. I have known her since high school and she has never changed. She will keep ruining peoples lives that are close to her. Hell, her own kids hate her because she even tried to get them to pay her rent because she blew 50K in about two months. She got that because of a divorce–she was cheating on a husband again. I could go on and on but what is the use. To whoever thinks she is a good person, there is only one thing I can say, “Get to be her friend and watch her try and squander every last penny from you that she can. Then you’ll know what type of person she is.” She should have gone to jail a very long time ago for the things that she has done. SHE IS FINALLY GETTING HERS! WHAT WENT AROUND IS FINALLY COMING AROUND.

Her house with her dogs and her birds nasty. I do not care if you think that I wanted to get revenge against Roxanne. I wanted her to pay for what she did. Sure you might call it revenge Mr Im going to be a Lawyer. Well goody for you *******. I personally think the ***** should be in jail. She even went as far as trying to have me arrested for are you ready for this lawyer man, attempted murder! She claims I tried to kill her daughter with a medication I am not even on, never have been because Im not a pill head like her. Of course even the cops knew she was out of her freaking mind. SO, to you Law Student who is probably not even a lawyer yet, put yourself in the shoes of the people whose lives she tried to ruin. Then write your opinion.

I cannot even get a decent job because of her!
