York International, a subsidiary of York Risk Services Group and a part of York Specialized Loss Adjusting, has appointed Jennifer Davey as senior loss adjuster within its home foreign operation based in London.
Davey’s role within York International covers UK and home foreign claims including investigation and cost negotiation activities. She is also responsible for direct and reinsurance claims generated through our network in the Caribbean and Latin America. These include direct handling of UK claimants and negotiation on behalf of reinsurers.
Davey qualified as a UK Solicitor in 2006 specializing in casualty claims and has previously conducted defendant and claimant cases including travel litigation and claims, recoveries and costs negotiations in addition to employers and public liability and road traffic accidents, with Ascot Lawyers and Plexus Law.
She joins York from IPG where she was a senior loss adjuster covering general liability investigations, RTA and fast track employers’ liability claims.
