ACE Appoints Brigitte Hazard Claims Client Relationship Manager, Continental Europe

ACE Group announced the appointment of Brigitte Hazard as client relationship manager in its Continental Europe claims team as it increases its focus on customer service throughout the claims life cycle.

In this newly-created role, Hazard will be responsible for developing and enhancing the claims team’s relationships with clients and brokers in Continental Europe with a particular focus on clients with multinational insurance programs, working with the sales and distribution team.

In addition, Hazard will be one of the key claims representatives for ACE in France, its largest market in the region. Brigitte takes up her new position with immediate effect and will report to Eric Merville, claims director, Continental Europe.

Hazard has over 25 years of insurance market experience and joins ACE from AXA, where she held a variety of senior roles, most recently overseeing claims handling for its worldwide technical lines portfolio. Her clients have ranged from CAC 40 corporations to SMEs and she is particularly recognized for her expertise in property claims and in fraud. She is a qualified lawyer.
