GAB Robins UK Limited announced that the transaction to change its ownership has been completed. “In February this year, the management team announced that GAB Robins UK Limited was to become an owner-managed business led by Chief Executive Officer, Kieran Rigby,” the bulletin explained.
Rigby commented: ‘With this development we have brought to an end a period of uncertainty and laid to rest the persistent rumors concerning our ownership and future. The support of our clients and staff throughout this period has been tremendous and I would like to extend to them all my thanks.
“We can now bring the full focus of our attention to bear on the things that really matter, which are delivering excellent service to our clients and their customers as well as developing a great workplace for our people.”
