Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services has assigned its ‘BBB+’ long-term debt rating to the proposed perpetual, junior subordinated, unsecured, callable notes that French insurer Groupama S.A. (rated ‘A’/Positive/) plans to issue this month for a benchmark size.
