Authorities say a Harford County, Md., man has been charged with setting his house on fire.
The Office of the State Fire Marshal says a fire was reported by neighbors about 3:50 a.m. Thursday in a two-story, single-family house in Forest Hill. Officials say about 40 firefighters brought the blaze under control in about 45 minutes.
Investigators say police dogs alerted for accelerants in the living room.
Deputies with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old George Chenoweth and charged him with arson.
