Some of the people injured earlier this week when a Metro train and station filled with smoke plan to file a lawsuit against Metro.
Washington attorney Kim Brooks-Rodney is planning a press conference Thursday to announce the lawsuit, which will be filed Friday in Superior Court in Washington. One person died and more than 80 were injured during Monday’s incident.
A press release announcing Thursday’s press conference did not say how many victims Rodney is representing.
