To keep up with its strong policyholder growth, GEICO announced the company’s regional office in Fredericksburg, Va., plans to hire more than 725 new associates for growth and replacement in 2014.
The office, which already employs more than 3,300 associates, is recruiting candidates for career opportunities for entry-level sales, customer service, claims customer service and auto damage adjuster positions.
The company is also hiring college graduates for liability claims customer service positions as well as for the Management Development Program (MDP), one of GEICO’s leadership programs.
“GEICO has experienced outstanding growth, and as a result we’re looking for more talented candidates in the Fredericksburg area to join our team,” said Nancy Pierce, regional vice president. “We’re proud to provide our associates fulfilling careers, so we’re looking for candidates who want more than just a job.”
