New York Woman Critically Injured by Falling Shopping Cart

Authorities say a woman was critically injured when kids pushed a shopping cart off a fourth-floor walkway, hitting her on the head.

Police said two 12-year-olds were in custody following the incident Sunday night outside a Target store in East Harlem.

The walkway connects the store to a parking garage.

CBS New York says the woman was walking with her 14-year-old son when the incident occurred.

Well, it was in Harlem. It's a sad state of affairs when 14 year olds, who should know better, do something like this. I'm guessing that there is a curfew????
