“part-time bartender and LAWYER” ….sues his own employer. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. I hope they fired his pathetic _ss over this. The guy is obviously not much of a lawyer if he has to moonlight in a saloon. And his pedigree of course demands that the almight and sole societal solution be to FILE A FREAKING LAWSUIT. Whatever happened to speaking with the owner and trying to resolve the problem? Courts should be the LAST, not the first stop in a conflict resolution. People suck.
I’ll bet black bar owners aren’t too excited about whites coming into their establishments either. You don’t see whitey running to courts crying foul? You find another freaking bar.

The employee (be it a part-time bartender/lawyer or not) is not in the wrong here.
