ok, they are right that hate crime sends a message to others of that secular, whether religion or race for example. these crimes come with a higher penalty if found guilty.

now, as far as them suing the NY Authorities, i don’t that going very far. but for the families that these teenagers belong to, i can see that going for quite sometime. maybe that can send a far greater message. problem, if you don’t charge them as an adult, then you can go after the families of these teens. if you charge them as an adult, then you can only go after that person alone for any assets he/she might have. so there becomes a dilema.

problem is that many people rely on the police to protect themselves, where the people if standing together can help put gangs out of business. we can put together a true melting pot. at least that is the way it should be. we can’t be protected 100% by the police. hopefully this exposure will tell teens, not appropriate to act this way. it would be nice, if we could live together and share the fun together. hate is not a good thing.

In other words, the thoughts of the criminal are the important part, not the victim. Wow, it took a while for 1984 to get here.

Municipal police are not personal bodyguards to immigrants. At age 39, this guy should have know there were gangs of punks preying on Hispanics. Being at a train station at midnight is just inviting trouble.

The punks who committed the crime are products of their race and upbringing. Their parents failed. Blame the punks and their parents. We all know this is totally about the money. A free shot for the family to make it big compliments of the U.S.A.

And when a Hispanic or black kills a white, why isn’t that a “hate crime”?
