Let’s remember that he has not won the suit but only filed it. I see this as a calculated risk. Right now we all think the guy is a total moron. 10 cans a week works about to almost 1.5 per day. If he wins, he will laugh all the way to the bank. If he loses, he have shown himself to be dope who smells like fish (1.5 cans a day-yuck!) and he will have nothing to show for it.
