One good way to combat the fraud in No Fault insurance is to simply do away with it.

    Khan,
I assume you work for SF or Allstate. If not, my apologies. However, whichever company you work for probably gets worse complaints than the Gecko’s beloved to other companies, including GEICO…ESPECIALLY in New York. How else can they manage to be #1 in the wonderful state of NY?

what is interesting is that you have to remember, if we don’t fight fraud rates go up for everyone. this is a lot of money that can be recovered and keep rates down. but if left uncovered, how much more money? after all, if we were the only company that this company did the fraud to, wonder how many other companies are in the mix from the same orchestrated company? what’s the difference between this and a ponzi scheme? none, just instead of individuals getting ripped off, it’s the company/industry.

Allstate has the biggest market share in NY. Sorry to burst that bubble you just blew.
