Couple Sues Massachusetts Hospital over Death of Children

    From what I read in the article, how in the heck is the hospital responsible? If they would have told the family about the sister’s mental illness, they could get sued for breaking the privacy laws. So they follow the law, and STILL get sued. I think the only reason why the hospital is getting sued is because they have deep pockets (or so one would think). I really hope the family loses the case. Don’t get me wrong, I am deeply simpathetic to their lose of children, but that does not entitle them to someone else’s money that they, how I see it, deserve.

    …and now the hospital is responsible?

    I know if my sister was a whack job, she’s not sitting my kids… period!

    Give me a break. If I knew my twin was mentally unstable, I would not let my children in the car with her. I know they are grieving but aren’t they responsible. I am raising grandchildren from my daughter and they were never allowed in the car with her after they came to live with me. It is sad but that is the way it is
